A young and dynamic entrepreneur, Mr. Prabhakar Diddiga is a postgraduate (MCA) from Madras University, Kanchipuram.

He began his career as a small entrepreneur at the age of 16 in the medical sector. After running the business for a few years, he moved to Kanchipuram to pursue higher studies. He completed his MCA in 2002 and began his IT career thereafter, working for 19 years with major IT companies such as iSOFT, Oracle, Wipro, and TCS.

Driven by a vision to make a difference, he ventured into the real estate sector with a strong customer-centric approach, placing great emphasis on understanding and fulfilling customer requirements. With this guiding principle, Mr. Prabhakar established DIDDIGA Property Services in 2016 and expanded into the construction industry in 2022 by rebranding it as DIDDIGA Constructions.

Mr. Prabhakar has been heading the organization as Managing Director since its inception. In a fiercely competitive real estate market, he introduced the “Beat the Price” concept by implementing innovative cost-cutting measures and process improvements to reduce costs and pass the benefits directly to customers.
